Here's how it works:

  • Create your Dashboard on Nurses Lounge.
     

  • Visit the My Float Pool tab on your Dashboard.
     

  • View shifts added by local facilities. Download the Nurses Lounge Float Pool App to upload credentials and onboard with your preferred facilities. 
     

  • Book your preferred shifts for negotiated pay and a more flexible schedule. Employers pay you direct through their standard pay system whether you are employed as W-2 or 1099.
