The OSU RN to BSN program is amazing. It is set up in a way that the students learn and grow into the BSN role, but it is not overwhelming. I am very impressed with the course content. I am very well supported within the department. I am encouraged to be the instructor that I would want to have by giving the students support, understanding and guidance.
