What is included in the monthly subscription fee?

The monthly subscription amount is dependent on the number of patient beds a facility has. Prices range from $2,000 to $10,000 per month. Subscriptions will be detailed upon our initial conversation. All subscriptions include:

  • Access to the Nurse FLEX Pool platform to fill unlimited shifts with trusted nurses.

  • All permanent jobs are automatically imported to the facility job map via your ATS.

  • Build your brand with an interactive facility page in the Marketplace to post hiring incentives such as sign-on bonuses and benefits.

What is the Nurse FLEX Pool method to build pools of nurses?

The Nurse FLEX Pool is fully integrated into the Nurses Lounge Marketplace. When facilities sign up to participate on the Nurse FLEX Pool they will be highly promoted to the local nursing profession using the power of the Marketplace. Our goal is to help each participating facility garner a minimum ratio of 2.5 nurses per the monthly average number of shifts filled presently by agencies and/or full-time nurses working overtime.

How do nurses get paid?

Nurses Lounge is not a staffing agency and does not hire or pay nurses. We provide on-demand mobile staffing technology as well as a curated pool of local nurses for a fixed monthly fee and the opportunity to break the expensive middleman agency model. 

 

Facilities are free to specify the category (1099 or w-2) to hire the nurses under and determine how best to pay the nurses that are filling shifts, whether it's directly, through a VMS, or by an EOR. The Nurse FLEX Pool logs the hours worked by the nurse and provides digital invoicing.

Can nurse credentials be viewed prior to hire?

Yes. Nurses download the Nurse FLEX Pool app, are verified and authenticated, and then apply to your shifts. You will have the opportunity to view their credentials as well as resume, chat with the applicants, and schedule onboarding sessions. Nurses Lounge continuously helps you build the largest pool of trusted nurses possible so you can optimize staffing, reduce reliance on staffing agencies, reduce overtime pay, and alleviate burnout among permanent staff. 

How do I add nurses into my preferred Nurse FLEX Pool?

After a nurse works a shift, you will have the ability to rate that nurse as a preferred nurse. Preferred nurses receive priority notification for each subsequent shift you post giving them the opportunity to apply to shifts, first.

Who can be a part of my Nurse FLEX Pool?

Any trusted nurse you feel comfortable having work at your facility can be a member of your Nurse FLEX Pool whether it is internal staff already working a full-time schedule, or nurses that have never worked at the facility before. It is 100% your facility's decision.

What is the most cost-effective way for a facility to manage their Nurse FLEX Pool?

First, the Nurse Flex Pool was created in part to be a long-term asset that can help develop quality and continuity of care while reducing soaring contract labor costs for healthcare facilities.
 

Second, an internal staffing agency may be the best management platform as the staff can offer numerous benefits including help maintaining adequate size of Nurse Flex Pool, handle and reduce administrative burden including credentialing and onboarding as well as manage payroll, benefits and other tasks.
